Delete your account and data
For Still Path: Meditation, by Kanagal (Juned Ahmed Mohammed). Contact: hello@stillpath.life
In the app (fastest)
- Open Still Path and tap You.
- Under Your data, tap Delete all my data and confirm.
This deletes everything at once, from your phone and from our servers: your account, sessions, notes, badges and favourites. It can’t be undone. You need an internet connection; if you’re offline, nothing is deleted and the app tells you so.
Without the app
If you linked a Google or Apple account, email hello@stillpath.life from that email address with the subject “Delete my Still Path data”. We’ll delete your account and all its data within 30 days and reply to confirm. If we can’t tell which account is yours, we’ll ask you to confirm before deleting anything.
If you never linked an account, your backup isn’t connected to your name or email, so we can’t find it from an email request. Deleting the app removes the data on your phone.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your account (including the linked email address), and every session, note, badge and favourite in our backup.
- Kept: anonymous usage data (never linked to your name or email, never containing notes) for up to 1 year, and crash reports for up to 90 days. Records of purchases are kept by Apple or Google, and by our subscription provider under an anonymous id, as their policies and tax law require.
Deleting your data doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first (see Support).
