Support

Still Path is a small, independent app, and every message is read personally. Email hello@stillpath.life and we’ll reply within 2 working days.

Getting your practice back on a new phone

On your old phone, link your account first: You › Account › Link account (Google, or Apple on iPhone). On the new phone, install Still Path and link the same account. Your sessions, notes and badges come back. Your practice is also backed up automatically, so reinstalling on the same iPhone brings it back by itself. On Android, link your account to keep your practice if you reinstall.

Getting Premium back

Open You › Subscription › Restore. Use the same Apple ID (or Google account on Android) you subscribed with.

Cancelling or changing your subscription

On iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Still Path. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Still Path. You keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and your practice stays saved. In the app, You › Subscription › Manage shows your plan and lets you switch between monthly and yearly.

Refunds

Payments go through Apple or Google Play, so refunds do too. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play’s refund request.

Reminders aren’t arriving

Check that notifications are allowed: on iPhone, Settings › Notifications › Still Path; on Android, Settings › Apps › Still Path › Notifications. In the app, You › Reminders shows your reminder time. Reminders skip days you’ve already practised.

Your data

Export your practice as a file, or delete everything from your phone and our servers: You › Your data. No longer have the app? See how to delete your account and data. Read how we handle data in our Privacy Policy.

Ideas, problems or a kind word

In the app, You › About › Send feedback writes the email for you, with your app version and phone model. Or email hello@stillpath.life. It helps to mention your phone model and what you were doing when the problem happened.
